Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the operator named in the Impressum.

The app

PhotoReunion collects nothing. No tracking, no telemetry, no account. The app has no network access at all: your photos, its catalogs and its settings stay on your Mac.

Buying

PhotoReunion is free on the Mac App Store; building the archive is a purchase in the app. Apple handles the purchase and the payment; we do not receive your name, address or payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open the site, Cloudflare automatically processes server log data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer URL and user agent. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website and is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A transfer to the USA may occur; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Fonts, cookies, tracking

The site uses system fonts and a font file served directly by this website. No connection to Google Fonts or other third parties. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking or advertising services.

If you write to us, we keep the email as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). An informal message to the contact address in the Impressum is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
